Deliverables That Drive Revenue

During each of the four phases, SalesLift will provide deliverables that are designed to guide your team to forward.

The Discovery Phase will be a deep dive into the organization where all the findings will be compiled into a Company Overview.  That document will include items such as:

  • company structure

The planning process will produce numerous tools that will be geared to lift your organization.  A few are listed below.

    • ideal client profile

    • positioning & value proposition
    • target market
    • + more

  • customized reports from the CRM
  • monthly meetings with individual team members

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a cost for an initial conversation?

No.  We understand that before you buy anything you need to ask questions.  The initial conversation is used to simply learn more about your organizational struggles and goals and for you to learn about our process and capabilities.  But most of all, it is to see if our partnership makes sense.

What is the cost for partnering with SalesLift?

Every company is unique and thus every agreement varies.  Our fee is determined by the specifics of your organization and the end goals that are defined.

Will you work with the whole team or just the sales department?

In order for any plan to be successful, every team member needs to know the plan, and just as importantly, buy into it.  For an organization to grow and be sustainable for years to come, it is truly a team effort.  SalesLift, if needed, can provide assistance in marketing, accounting and human resources.  Again, everyone is part of reaching your goals.

How long is the agreement?

The duration of the partnership is totally up to you.  Saleslift can simply provide an overview of your organization or be with you through the entire process with continued support through the years.

Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.
