Create Structure and Strategies That Your Lab Can Build Upon

Phase 1 - Discover

The Discovery Phase will be a multi-day on-site evaluation of the lab to get a solid understanding on its vision, its goals and its obstacles.  A Balanced Scorecard will be used to assess 5 categories.  Each category is designed to find the areas of strength to amplify as well as the areas that need improvement.  At the conclusion of the on-site evaluation, we can then begin to create a plan to lift the lab to new heights.

Phase 2 - Plan

Utilizing the information and data found during the on-site observation, we will create, adjust, and/or revamp the lab's structure and processes that will solidify the foundation of the business, so it is ready and able to grow.  You will be provided with:

  • organizational charts
  • employee productivity and skill set levels
  • employee and customer onboarding workflows
  • defined revenue and market share goals
  • top line revenue gap analysis
  • sales goals, strategies and KPIs
  • + more

Phase 3 - Implement

With the new structures, workflows and expectations in hand, we can now begin implementation into the daily routines of the lab.  This will take a buy-in from all lab team members, beginning with the owner and extending all the way through to the drivers.  SalesLift will help guide this process so all stakeholders are supported.  We will provide introductions and trainings for the new workflows, consistent check-ins with affected team members and make any necessary adjustments along the way.

Phase 4 - Monitor

In order to track levels of success of the newly implemented structures, workflows and expectations, management tools and accountability tools need to be in place.  This is the final stage and the point where we get to see the results of all of the hard work and collaboration that has taken place.  Some of the tools we will use to monitor the results are:

  • Revenue Gap Chart
  • Sales Tracker with KPIs
  • Product Capabilities Chart
  • Team Member Growth Sheet
  • Customer & Employee Satisfaction Surveys
  • + more

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a fee for an initial conversation?

No, there is no fee for the initial conversation because we understand that before you commit to anything you need to ask questions.  The initial conversation is used to simply learn more about your organizational struggles and goals and for you to learn about our process and capabilities.  But most of all, it is to see if our partnership makes sense.  From there we will present the fee for the on-site Lab Analysis.

What type of dental lab does SalesLift work with?

SalesLift will partner with labs regardless of number of team members, top line revenue, market share or if the lab is full service, removables or fixed solutions.  No matter your lab's current state, we can help get you to your desired future state.

What is the cost for partnering with SalesLift?

Based upon the initial conversation, we will present the fee for the on-site Lab Analysis.  Once that is performed, then we will present an Engagement Agreement tailored around the needs and wants of your lab.  The Engagement Agreement will outline the proposed length of the commitment and the fee structure.  After approval, our team will start working on developing the plans and drive towards implementation.

How long is the agreement?

The duration of the partnership is totally up to you.  Saleslift can simply provide an overview of your organization or be with you through the entire process with continued support through the years.

Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.
